Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) and performance management
Working in partnership with CBN, Neil provided support to Sheffield City Council and Gloucestershire County Council in preparation for the CPA assessment which included self assessment support, mock interviews with staff and focus groups with stakeholders.- NAA supported Bournemouth Council's Audit Commission through a mystery visiting and service testing programme. The work provided an action plan for the Council to improve the service in preparation for the inspection.
