NAA researched and developed a Funding and Resource Strategy on behalf of Sport England north-west. The strategy set out the major transformational funding programmes in the north-west and developed a clear strategy for the region to influence and prioritise these programmes. The strategy was used as the basis for regional work planning and prioritisation.
- NAA supported Leicestershire University with the development of a market appraisal and business plan for a proposed new swimming pool and health and fitness centre
- The National Skills Academy commissioned NAA to provide business planning support on behalf of Skills Active, which helped achieve Skills Academy status for the Sport and Active Leisure Industry.
- Warrington Borough Council, Orford Park, used NAA for a sports development plan and KPIs for the joint Football Foundation (FF) and Community Investment Fund (CIF). The Council were successful in securing an award of £4m (£3m from Sport England and £1m from the Football Foundation).
- Rutland County Council appointed NAA to develop the sports development, business plans and funding bids for a new £6m indoor and outdoor sports facility. RCC were awarded £500,000 by Sport England through the Community Investment Fund.
- Stoke Mandeville Trust commissioned NAA to devise sports development and business plans for WheelPower which underpinned a successful Stage 2 CIF Bid application for £500,000.
- NAA was appointed by Doncaster Council to develop a Football Foundation bid for Cantley Park. The bid was successful in achieving £500,000 funding towards a new pavilion and pitches.
- NAA supported the funding bid for the development of the London Sports Village on behalf of ReNewal, which has achieved outline support of £2m from Sport England's 'Iconic' fund.
