NAA conducted a review of the Leisure Trust sector in the North West Region on behalf of Sport England, which established some of the key issues and challenges within the sector.- NAA supported pointfourone with a review of operational models for London Olympic facilities, including Trust options on behalf of the Lea Valley Regional Park Authority (LVRPA).
- North Shropshire District Council commissioned NAA to undertake a review of the management and governance of Maurice Chandler Sport Centre.
- Sport England appointed NAA to undertake a management and governance review of Stoke Mandeville Trust. The review lead to a development strategy which culminated in a successful CIF bid of £500,000.
- NAA supported Blackburn with Darwen Council with a fit for purpose review of Hyndburn Trust. The review underpinned a proposal by BWD to manage Hyndburn's facilities.
- NAA supported Blackburn with Darwen Council with the review of community use and management options under the authorities BSF programme.
- NAA was appointed by Tameside Council to undertake a strategic and governance review of Tameside Sports Trust.
- Doncaster Council commissioned NAA to support the Council's leisure options appraisal and detailed financial modelling work. The subsequent Leisure Trust was established in April 2011.
